I guess I need to clarify my Blog a bit. A number of people want to know what kind of wine is Gluten Free and which isn’t?

What is wine without cheese? People love to pair wine and cheese; it is the thing to do at a tasting. But if you have Celiac disease or are Gluten Intolerant the process of picking cheese is a pain in the process of drinking and enjoying the wines you love.
