Peppermint Bark

INGREDIENTS:
11 oz White Baking Chips 11 oz Milk Chocolate Baking Chips 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract 12 Candy Canes
DIRECTIONS
Place Candy Canes in Food Processor and crush. Line sheet with parchment paper. Melt Milk Chocolate in microwave by heating at 50% for 1 minute and stirring until smooth. Pour milk chocolate into pan and level. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Melt White Chocolate in microwave by heating at 50% for 1 minute and stirring until smooth. Add Peppermint extract to white chocolate. Pour white chocolate into pan and level. Pour crushed peppermint over white chocolate. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
